Inner child healing journey

Updated: Nov 25, 2025

So at approx 30 years old I embarked on an inner child healing journey, I would recommend it just not by yourself like I did. I didnt have the support and guidance needed but it was what I needed. I had a inner child that desired so much that it never got. I ended up creating a space in my life for the inner girl to get out and go through the motions of what I felt I missed growing up. It was an interesting time but essential to move past this. I truly feel we must heal our inner child to grow in life. For me I got a princess bed, painted a room pink, got all girl furniture and doll house and dolls with other items and created a space the desires I felt robbed of to come out. I look back on this and although it was weird time and something ive never told anyone it was essential to go through this stage. I believe we all should heal our inner child but with a counselor to help through cause the bombardment of deep emotions and struggles was a bit intense on my own. I personally couldn't pay a counselor and couldn't rely on anyone to come alongside this. This is a part of my testimony I've never told anyone but its all coming out today. I have a vision to help others through there identity struggles to see there true identity.
